Scanimart Connect
Connect your POS to every Scanimart store that uses it.
One API for the online orders customers pay for in the Scanimart app, the stock on the shelf, and the sales that need booking. Signed webhooks, idempotent writes, a sandbox from day one — and free for POS companies to integrate.
// A paid order arrived at a store you serve.
app.post("/scanimart/webhooks", raw, async (req, res) => {
const event = scanimart.webhooks.constructEvent(
req.body, req.get("Scanimart-Signature"), SECRET,
);
if (event.type === "order.placed") {
const order = event.data.order;
await scanimart.orders.accept(order.store_id, order.id, {
fulfilment_mode: "STORE_STAFF",
external_id: await pos.openBill(order),
});
}
res.sendStatus(200);
});Online orders at the counter
Paid Scanimart GO orders arrive in your POS the moment the customer pays. Accept or reject, choose who delivers, and follow progress as staff prepare the order.
Stock that stays true
Push shelf counts and adjustments from the POS. Scanimart subtracts its own sales you have not booked yet, so a count never puts sold stock back on the shelf.
Every sale in your books
Delivered orders and in-aisle Scan & Go baskets arrive as sales with every line, price and payment — booked once, with your own bill number on them.

Connect stores
Store owners let your POS in with a one-time code from their retailer app.
Built to be integrated against
The reference, the SDKs and the Postman collection are all generated from one OpenAPI description, and the server's own tests check its responses against it — so the docs cannot drift from what the API does.
- Signed webhooksHMAC-SHA256 with a timestamp, retried for three days
- Idempotency keysRetry any write safely; nothing happens twice
- Store-scoped keysA key on one shop's PC reaches only that shop, and cannot add stores or touch webhooks
- Request logsEvery error you hit, in your dashboard with its request id
